How to make lotek? Plise anwerss

1. First, boiled the all vegetables (green bean, bean sproute , cabbage, spinach)
2. Then, add grind the salt, galangal, chilli, brown sugar, kafir lime leave and garlic. After that  mixed water of tamarind. Grind it.
3. Cut the fried cucumber, fried tofu/ tempeh/ bakwan and fried soybean cake. Add the vegetable.
4. Mix it all together with the peanut sauce.
5. For presentation, put Lotek on a plate, sprinkle with chip and onion crackers. Ready to serve.
